They are loosing when it comes to keeping items on the shelves, I dont know if that is a good thing, or bad thing for business. I briefly spoke with an employee about employment, maybe helping tiddey up the bicycles in the back and the gentleman, who was very polite, a little distraught about the question with witch he gave me an answer about individuals riding the bikes out the back door and not caring about the alarms. So I looked into it, and apparently a certain group of people are getting away woth multiple retail thefts all accross this county at mutual locations. The DPD and other first responders aren't able to catch the individuals who do these crimes in broad daylight and walk around the streets of Decatur homeless. After analyzing, and evaluating the situation that didnt set I right to me firstly because they employee seemed distraught witch told me that the employee actually cared, amd was actually emotional about it. I am submitting this feedback to document a delivery and resolution issue that I believe was handled incorrectly. I placed an online order and selected a specific delivery window to ensure I would be home to receive the item. The package was delivered earlier than the selected delivery window, and because I was not home at that time, the item was no longer present when I arrived. I contacted Target promptly and was advised the issue would be escalated. However, I later received a response stating that no resolution could be provided. This situation did not result from customer negligence. The loss occurred because the delivery did not adhere to the selected delivery window, which removed my ability to secure the package. I am requesting that this feedback be reviewed by Guest Relations leadership, as situations involving early delivery outside agreed delivery terms should be treated differently from standard missing-package cases. I appreciate your time and hope this helps improve future delivery and resolution processes.

I've come to expect quality from Target but today I bought a Snickers bar from the checkout aisle in Decatur, Illinois with a "Best Before" date of May 2022! I didn't realize it until I was miles away on the Interstate. I took a bite and spit it out before locating the hard-to-read expiration date. Who is supposed to be in charge of this???
